We would suggest firstly to check the set point temperature of the boiler, this could be set low and just needs to be increased this can be done via the plus key on the left hand side. Secondly I would suggest the Mixer valve is checked and increased as if this is too low then it can cause the water to only come out lukewarm. Increase the setting and test again.

If your heating is not working we would suggest checking your thermostat. The test for this would be to turn the thermostat above your usual temperature and see if the boiler starts up. If the boiler does not come on it is most likely a thermostat issue and it will need to be replaced. If the thermostat is working and is calling for the boiler to heat, check to see if the boiler is showing a temperature and that the boiler pressure is at 1.5 bar, if not refill using filling loop underneath. The modulating operation of Elnur Gabarron electric boilers is managed by an Intelligent Control Electronic Modulation System (EMS), which will regulate the output according to actual heat demand. The boiler will work for longer at minimum power and carry out fewer on/off operations, saving electricity consumption, compared with a system without modulation.

In order to modulate the boilers, an external thermostat must be connected. Modulation only occurs for the heating circuit, not for heating domestic hot water.

Unlike gas boilers, electric boilers do not require any sort of compulsory maintenance. We, as the manufacturer, recommend the boiler’s power cables, electricity consumption and pressures to be checked.
